An e-commerce platform for a local streetwear label, designed in collaboration with Awwwang Digital.
Brief
PeaceBeUponYou (PBUY) is a local streetwear label that began in 2011 and sells its own tees, accessories and collaborations. It needed an e-commerce platform to sell online, with room for the blog that tells the stories behind the brand. I worked with Awwwang Digital on the web design.
Idea
The homepage opens on a full-screen, night-time hero with the wordmark, then drops into a white, uncluttered shop grid so the products speak for themselves. The blog is laid out like a magazine, with large photography and short headlines, so the writing and the pictures carry the brand's voice.
